Whatever your pleasure, I will try to make the accommodation while giving A-1 customer service and providing healthy nail care. I (Topaz Woodruff) would not have it any other way. Topaz Woodruff one of Charlotte NC's Premier Black Nail Artisans. 26 years of experience, Topaz is licensed in MD, DC, VA, and NC. This DC native has a vivid imagination and God given talent, you will leave the salon with a one-of-a-kind nail art design. Adding a little bit of DC style and Detroit Flare, your nails will make a statement without you having to say "HELLO".
