  • ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE AND 18 HOUR LEAD TIME (TIME BEFORE YOU WANT THE ACTUAL APPOINTMENT)

Some prices of services are not available via PayPal due to the fact there are so many scenarios of services.

Cancellation Policy 

24 hours Cancellation is required. 
You may cancel your appointment online, you may call or email me.

No Show Policy 

If you do not call to cancel and you No-Show, $25.00 will be charged to your credit card. 
Since I may have the chance to serve someone else. So please call if you cannot make your appointment. 
After 2 No-Shows, you will be asked to find another Nail Tech.

Late Policy

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule as your appointment time may run into another client's time. 
You may forego a polish service or a nail art service to compensate for the time. 

If you are late 15 minutes twice, $5.00 will be added to your service.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO CELL PHONES WHILE GETTING ANY NAIL SERVICES!!!! OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A POLISH CHANGE EACH TIME I HAVE TO RE-POLISH YOUR NAILS.

Children are not allowed in the salon UNLESS being serviced. PLEASE MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR LITTLE ONES DURING YOUR NAIL APPOINTMENT. 

Salon Etiquette

Please do not bring an entourage of people with you to your appointment, since there is not enough waiting space for them and the other people waiting to be serviced by the stylist.
